Project Experience
In addition to the projects I designed and project managed as an Architect and Project Management Consultant, I have also managed numerous home renovation projects of my own including stripping out, extending and refurbishing several London flats and a Harrogate townhouse. These included dealing with the formation of tanked basements, structural alterations, neighbourly matters, party wall agreements, gaining Planning Permission and obtaining License for Alterations from Freeholders. All of these were extremely stressful at the time, so I am well aware of the personal strain renovation projects can have on an individual, couple, family or business. The projects included below are a selection I've managed, some are personal projects and some I managed while I was employed.
